This ultra-miniature battery-free RFID pressure/vacuum and temperature sensor is ideal for embedding inside structures such as honeycomb carbon fiber.  The low frequency and magnetic radio coupling allows it to read through many materials, such as carbon fiber, that other radio frequencies can't penetrate.
