  • This Leap software option installs  on the Leap gateway. The software is comprised of two main parts - a user interface and a database. The software allows the user to monitor the sensor data, graph data, set email and text alerts, change sensor settings. The software is web-based - so a user logs into the software using a standard web browser, such as Chrome. There is no software or app to install. For PC-based systems, the software runs on a powerful single-board computer inside the Leap gateway. Cloud or server-based systems can be accessed with any web-connected device and the user password.

  • The gateway continually runs off of the 5V from the battery module.  When power is lost, the battery back up module supplies power to the gateway for approximately 2 days.  The battery backup module plugs into a wall outlet to stay charged. Easy to install - plug the battery backup module into a wall outlet using a wall transformer.  Connect the gateway to the battery backup module using the supplied cable. LEDs on the battery module show that battery charge level. Gateway is not included. Part of the breakthrough Leap Sensors® system.   Build your quote here:
  • Wireless gateway receives the sensor data over the air from the Leap wireless transceiver nodes, then passes the data to the Leap software. This version connects to a local network via a cellular network. Easy to install - plug in the gateway, open a web browser, log in, and the Leap Sensors system is ready to manage.   Part of the breakthrough Leap Sensors® system.   Build your quote here:
  • Wireless gateway receives the sensor data over the air from the Leap wireless transceiver nodes, then passes the data to the Leap software. This version connects to a PC via a USB cable. By changing the software configuration, it may be connected to a Local Area Network via an Ethernet Cable. The Leap web-based User Interface and database software run on a powerful single-board computer inside the gateway. Just plug in the gateway, open a web browser, log-in, and you are ready to interact with your Leap Wireless Sensor system.   Part of the breakthrough Leap Sensors® system.   Build your quote here:
  • Wireless gateway receives the sensor data over the air from the Leap wireless transceiver nodes, then passes the data to the Leap software. This version connects to a local network via standard Ethernet cable and RJ-45 connector.  When the software resides on the gateway, the software may also be directly accessed using the USB port on the gateway. Easy to install - plug in the gateway, open a web browser, log in, and the Leap Sensors system is ready to manage.   Part of the breakthrough Leap Sensors® system.   Build your quote here:
  • The Leap wireless humidity sensor has the sensor "tethered" outside the enclosure to get an accurate reading. The sensor also reports temperature as part of its relative humidity reading.   Part of the breakthrough Leap Sensors® system.   Build your quote here:
  • Breakthrough technology uses CAN bus to "daisy chain" multiple load cell interface modules to one wireless Leap transceiver node. Anywhere from 2 to 30 load cell modules can be added to the bus. Each load cell module can support 2 full-bridge mV/V load cells, for a total of up to 60 load cells per transceiver node. Edge processing at the strain sensor level assures a high-quality conversion of the sensor voltage reading to a digital reading, which can then be reliably sent via the CAN bus to the wireless transceiver node. Industrial CAN bus cables can be over 600 feet long. Ideal for wireless monitoring loads and force in several places along structural components such as I-beams, girders, support columns, etc. Contact us to find the best strain sensor configuration for your specific application.
